BY APPOINTMENTS ONLY! Upon booking, I do require you to send a picture or video if you are a first time client as a form of consult! If I feel you will need an in person consult I will let you know! Please contact me once you have scheduled to confirm appointment! Please come washed and combed out or please schedule for it accordingly! AFTER HOURS are available but is extra. Deposit: 50% of the full service is required, and non-refundable but is included. I DO allow one reschedule with the deposit within 24 hours of appointment. LATE POLICY: After 15 minutes of being late, you will be charged $15. If you have not made contact with me & you do NOT show after the 15 minutes, you will be charged 100% of the service. You only get two opportunities. After that you get banned from booking again.. Please remember when you’re late you push all my other appointments back! Cancellation policy: If you have not made contact with me the day of the appointment and do NOT show, you will be charged 100% of the service. I know things happen & I do allow reschedules so please communicate! Reschedule Policy: You are allowed one reschedule but the deposit will no longer be included. Please do not bring extra people or children unless it has been discussed or necessary! If you drop your child off with me to get a service, please be on time picking them up! Loc extension will require a consultation. Require at least 3 inches of hair for proper install. I can either provide the loc from a vendor or you can provide your own.
