Welcome! Hi! I’m Kenz, a loctician and natural hairstylist based at Sola Salon in Bryan-College Station, TX. If you are a first-time client, you must send a current photo or video of your hair after booking. This serves as your consultation and helps ensure you booked the correct service. If I determine an in-person consultation is necessary, I will contact you before your appointment. Once you’ve scheduled, please contact me to confirm your appointment. Unless you’ve booked a shampoo service, all clients must arrive with clean, fully detangled hair. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or your appointment being canceled if there isn’t enough time to complete the service. After-hours appointments are available for an additional fee. Deposit Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total. One reschedule is permitted if requested at least 24 hours before your appointment, and your deposit may be transferred to the new appointment. After that, a new deposit will be required. Late Policy: Please respect my time as well as the time of the clients scheduled after you. • A $15 late fee will be added after 15 minutes. • If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting me, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. • After two no-call/no-shows, you will no longer be permitted to book future appointments. Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your appointment, please communicate with me as soon as possible. Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Emergencies happen, and I am understanding—but communication is expected and appreciated. Guests: To ensure a professional and relaxing environment, no extra guests or children are permitted unless previously approved or absolutely necessary. If your child is receiving a service without you present, please be on time for pickup. Loc Extensions All loc extension services require a consultation before booking. A minimum of 3 inches of hair is required for installation. I can provide locs through a trusted vendor, or you may provide your own, pending approval. Cancellation Policy
You get ONE reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment for the deposit to be included. If you reschedule the same day, you will have to pay in FULL after the service is complete. NO-shows or cancellation results in a 100% cancellation fee.
